If so, I want to mention that the quote button says Locked. Really confused me.

I'm glad there's another Phineas and Ferb forum, and I hope this one takes off! I find those big gifs in the forum list a bit distracting though, maybe they should be on the individual boards?

I noticed that too. I have been wondering what that was about, myself. But I think that' okay, you can still quote by the quote button at the top of the textbox here.

I think it's best to fix the quote button, because if it confused me, it'll confuse others. I've never admined a forumotion forum, but I did some Googling, and you can change the picture in the admin area under Display->Advanced->Pics Management.

And you can allow new members to post links in General->Forum->Security. I think the option is called "Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails".

I think my problem with the big images is that it makes it hard to see what the forums are about? Not sure, I don't know a lot about layout.

Like I said, I really do hope this forum takes off.

you just copy and paste what someone said- and paste it inbetween [ quote ] [ /quote ]. Just without the spaces. You can also do ctrl and q together.

Have you tried using the insert link button, or have you just been copying and pasting the links directly?

It didn't matter. I just got an error message telling me I was too new to post links no matter how I formatted it.
